Mission
- To enhance academic collaboration between UMT and foreign universities or institutions abroad.
- To facilitate mobilization inbound and out bond of academic staff and student in implementing collaboration programs.
- To facilitate the mobilization of international research.
- To promote an international academic atmosphere in UMT.
- To Compose or design and socialize campus international policy.
- To acquaint UMT through media publications and international forum meetings.
Objective
- Increase the numbers of international students and staff.
- Enriching (enlightening) the UMT experience for international or non-local students.
- Growing the number of opportunities for student exchange programs to enhance the overall
quality of education through internalization at home and abroad. - Providing and supporting mobility windows for staff (inwards and outwards) at all levels,
including administrative staff as well as faculty, aiming at quality and successful
knowledge transfer to other peers. - Managing current institutional collaborations and expanding on international cooperation
with the best academic and research institutions through solid and active MOUs or
partnership agreements working towards the fulfillment of UMT strategic goals.
